1. Justin Herbert — QB

Justin Herbert has already established himself as an elite quarterback in the NFL, but he’s yet to see any real playoff success. The franchise cornerstone is entering his prime, and with better protection and more weapons, he’s expected to take a huge leap in progression this season.
He’s a great decision-maker, throwing only three interceptions in 17 games played last season. He can easily lead the Chargers to another playoff push.

2. Omarion Hampton — RB

While they did sign former Steeler RB Najee Harris to a one-year deal, the Chargers’ 2025 first-round pick Omarion Hampton has a rare mix of power and speed.
He is yet to prove himself in the NFL, but he easily can emerge as a premier back for the Chargers organization for years to come.

3. Joe Alt — OT

The Chargers’ top-5 pick in last year’s draft played like an absolute veteran. At only 22 years old, he could easily become a consistent All-Pro tackle for years to come.
Chargers fans should be happy knowing he will provide elite QB protection for many years to come.
4. Ladd McConkey — WR

Ladd McConkey was a breakout rookie receiver for the Chargers last season. In the AFC Wild Card round, McConkey racked up 197 yards, setting an NFL rookie playoff record.
With another year in the system and more attention now on the Chargers’ ground game, McConkey is primed to have an elite season and make the Pro Bowl. He’ll serve as Herbert’s go-to target and is a key player to watch this upcoming season.

5. Tre Harris — WR

The rookie WR out of Ole Miss had impressed in training camp.
Drafted in the 2nd round, Harris is a 6’2″, 205-lb wideout known for his contested catches and red zone dominance. He totaled 900+ yards and 10 TDs in his final college season. Harris can be a premier weapon for Justin Herbert and can be a WR2 with high upside.
