USC Trojans Recruiting: 4-Star 2026 Defensive Lineman Commits, Shuts Down Recruitment

The USC Trojans continue their hot streak on the recruiting trail. In another big win for Coach Henny and Coach Nua, 4-star 2026 defensive lineman Viliami Moala has committed to the Trojans.

Viliami Moala Commits To USC Trojans

Moala visited USC this past weekend during what turned out to be a very successful recruiting period.

At 6-foot-3 and 310 pounds, Moala is a natural nose tackle. He is a physical and powerful bull rusher and shows flashes of elite hand quickness, and can take on multiple blockers. He also plays offensive line in high school, demonstrating his versatility as a player.

Considering his lead recruiter was Shaun Nua, according to 247 Sports, it would lead me to believe that the Trojans view him as a nose tackle at the next level.

Per Moala himself, his recruitment is officially shut down. There is still a long way to go to 2026, but certainly a good sign, and just shows the impact that this coaching staff is having, along with the success of the defense through 2 weeks.

With the commitment of Moala, the USC Trojans 2026 class now has six commitments and is ranked 4th in the nation, according to 247 Sports.
