The USC Trojans added another defensive line commitment to their 2025 recruiting class on June 9. Four-star defensive end Hayden Lowe (6-foot-4) announced he’s staying close to home, becoming the 13th commit for USC’s 2025 class. Lowe, a standout at Oaks Christian High School, was also considered the Miami Hurricanes, Oregon Ducks, and Texas Longhorns. Greg Biggins of 247 Sports notes that Lowe has significant long-term upside, with great length and athleticism that could make him a much better player with the help of college coaching and a weight room. Interestingly, he’s from the same school as recent first-round pick Kayvon Thibodeaux, a standout with the Oregon Ducks. Lowe’s coaches told 247 Sports they believe his upside is just as high as Thibodeaux’s.

Aside from playing for Lincoln Riley, Simms attributed the commitment of QB Julian Lewis as part of the reason for him choosing USC.

Despite offers from programs like Alabama and Tennessee, Dalton waited to commit until the Trojans offered him. Just two months after USC made him a scholarship offer, he became the latest commitment to the Trojans’ 2025 class.
