The USC Trojans remain red-hot on the recruiting trail. After earning commitments from 2025 LB Ty Jackson, and 2026 DL Viliami Moala just recently, they earned the commitment from 5-star wide receiver Jerome Myles today.
USC Trojans Earns Commitment From 5-Star Receiver Jerome Myles
The 6’3, 215-pound receiver out of Utah chose USC over Texas A&M and Utah. After jumping from a 4-star to a 5-star prospect in On3’s industry rankings, Myles is now the number 26 overall prospect in the 2025 class. He is also one of 32 players rated as a 5-star. He is the number 5 wide receiver in the country and the number one prospect in the state of Utah.
Myles was given a crystal ball to commit to SC, and it held true as he made it official today.
He will join three other receivers in the 2025 class, 4-star Corey Simms, 4-star Tanook Hines, and 3/4-star Romero Ison.

With the addition of Myles, this class is beginning to resemble the 2023 class that saw the commitments (all still with the team) of Zachariah Branch, Duce Robinson, Makai Lemon, and Ja’Kobi Lane. Not only does the amount in the class match, but the play style of each is really similar which will allow them to develop nicely as freshmen when the 2023 group are Juniors.
Lincoln Riley gets the credit, and rightfully so, but Dennis Simmons (WR Coach) continues to show that he is one of the top recruiters in the country, and once he earns a commitment, his players stay and develop into NFL quality receivers.
On3 currently has the USC Trojans 2025 Class ranked 15th, but they will certainly move up quite a bit with the addition of Jerome Myles.
