Daily Fantasy Football QB Pick: Dak Prescott vs. Detroit Lions – $6,700
Dak Prescott is returning to the lineup after being out with a thumb injury for pretty much the entire season. He can finally grip the ball and should be able to make any throw without limitation. Prescott makes his return against the Lions. He should be able to air it out against them.
Detroit is giving up 261 passing yards a game, which is ranked for 7th worst in the NFL right now. They are coming off the BYE week where they could have cleaned things up, but Dallas should be able to control this game on both sides of the ball. While Cooper Rush was winning games for Dallas, this offense was limited at times. Having Prescott back under center should open this offense up a bit more and take advantage of a weak Lions passing defense.
Other QB Options: Derek Carr vs. Houston Texans ($5,900), Joe Burrow vs. Atlanta Falcons ($6,900)
Daily Fantasy Football RB Pick: Josh Jacobs vs. Houston Texans – $6,500
The Raiders are coming off a BYE week and this should have allowed head coach Josh McDaniels to figure out how to balance out this offense a bit more. Josh Jacobs has had over 100 yards rushing in Las Vegas’ last two games. They won against the Denver Broncos and almost upset the Kansas City Chiefs. The more Jacobs gets the ball, the more effective it can make the passing offense.
Jacobs should be involved in this game against the Houston Texans, as their defense is giving up the 3rd most rushing yards per game in the NFL. Jacobs is also playing to make sure he can earn himself a good payday in the offseason, whether that’s in Las Vegas or with another team. Expect him to make the most out of every touch he gets in the offense and you should roster him in your DFS roster this week to take advantage of that fact.
Other RB Options: Dameon Pierce vs. Las Vegas Raiders ($6,400), Jamaal Williams vs. Dallas Cowboys ($6,100)
Daily Fantasy Football WR Pick: Tee Higgins vs. Atlanta Falcons – $6,400
It’s no secret that teams have been giving extra attention to Ja’Marr Chase after his breakout season in just his rookie year. With all that extra attention, Tee Higgins has been able to pick up the slack and is becoming a very viable option in this passing offense behind Chase. Higgins is second on the team in all receiving categories behind Chase, but there are times he is the number one option because Chase is getting covered up.
Joe Burrow knows what kind of player he has in Higgins and he should be able to have a good game against a weak Falcons secondary. Atlanta has given up the 5th most fantasy football points to wide receivers in the NFL so far and this benefits the Bengals offense that’s ranked 9th in total passing yards. Expect all Cincinnati receivers to have a good game, but Higgins is the right combination of price and production here in Week 7.
Other WR Options: Mike Williams vs. Seattle Seahawks ($7,200), Allen Lazard vs. Washington Commanders ($6,100)
Daily Fantasy Football TE Pick: Hayden Hurst vs. Atlanta Falcons – $3,500
Hayden Hurst is on a revenge tour this season as he now faces his second former team, the Atlanta Falcons. Just a couple of weeks ago, Hurst faced the team that drafted him in the Baltimore Ravens and had a great performance. He totaled six receptions for 53 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown.
We already talked about how weak this Falcons passing defense is, so we won’t rub more salt in that wound. The biggest thing is that Hurst probably circled this game on the calendar to really bring it against his former team. Expect the offense to look his way a good amount of times. Making it worth every penny to roster him in your DFS lineup this week.
Other TE Options: Dalton Schultz vs. Detroit Lions ($3,600), Pat Freiermuth vs. Miami Dolphins ($3,800)
Daily Fantasy Football FLEX Pick: Brian Robinson Jr. vs. Green Bay Packers – $5,500
It’s safe to say that Robinson has taken over the lead spot in the Washington backfield. In the game last week against the Chicago Bears, Robinson had 17 carries which led all players but was also more than all other players combined. This is a big deal because the previous starter, Antonio Gibson, only had five carries in that same game. Gibson did have the targets in the passing game, but this rushing attack is going to flow through Robinson now going forward.
Let’s also throw in the fact that Carson Wentz is now out of action as he gets surgery on his finger and Taylor Heinicke is coming in to be the starter. With the replacement, you can predict that Washington might lean into the rushing attack more against Green Bay this week. The Packers are allowing the 6th most rushing yards in the league right now, so this equates to Robinson being a fantastic addition to your daily fantasy football lineup.
Other FLEX options: Raheem Mostert vs. Pittsburgh Steelers ($5,600), Amari Cooper vs. Baltimore Ravens ($6,100)
Daily Fantasy Football D/ST Pick: Patriots vs. Chicago Bears – $3,800
New England currently ranks tied for 8th in sacks in the NFL with 17. This is a good statistic to keep in mind because they face a Bears team that is tied for the league lead in sacks allowed with 23. The Patriots have established their old-school style of game by playing great defense and running the ball. Chicago is pretty limited on offense unfortunately and this should be a chance for New England to rack up a good amount of fantasy football points in all fantasy football leagues this week. The Patriots have had double-digit points in three straight weeks and are in a good spot to make it four this week.
Other D/ST options: Bengals vs. Atlanta Falcons ($3,600), Chiefs vs. San Francisco 49ers ($3,200)
