The Las Vegas Raiders got a win on Saturday, and they didn’t even need to play a snap. The Raiders had traded cornerback Jakorian Bennett to the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for Thomas Booker on August 4th.
Just 12 days later, it’s clear who has won the trade thus far.
Bennett had faced some shoulder trouble, which many believe was part of the reason for the trade.
The injury-troubled cornerback took the field with the Eagles in the second quarter in a showdown against the Cleveland Browns.

Former Raiders CB Jakorian Bennett Injured In Eagles Game
After an awkward tackle, Bennett stayed down for an extended period of time before walking and jogging off the field. Once off the field, he took a knee before trainers led him to the bench, surrounding the cornerback.
Meanwhile, the Raiders have taken a liking to Booker based on what they’ve seen. He also appears to have remained healthy and up to every snap, which has given the team a lead. Thus far, the Raiders appear to have the obvious edge in the trade.
You never wish for any player to get injured, but you do need to build a roster with players who can remain healthy and stay on the field. The situation remains fluid with Bennett, and an update is expected in the coming hours and days.
