The most recent Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl was nearly half a decade ago, and many of those players have moved along to other teams and other careers. One player who has moved to another team that was weighing his future was Von Miller.
The Super Bowl 50 MVP of the Denver Broncos and Super Bowl-winning pass rusher with the Los Angeles Rams has come to a decision on his future. In a Wednesday edition of “Free Range with Von Miller,” Miller was clear about whether he wanted to return and his preferences. He also spoke about how much bargaining power he believed he had.
“I do have a lot more to give a football team out there,” Miller stated. “For me, personally, I would love to be a Commander again. My sales pitch to a GM would be ‘turn on the film, you see like what I can do. You can see what I’ve been doing. I had four half-sacks. Those could have easily been whole sacks. I ended with nine.
If you look at the names that’s a little bit above, and a little bit behind me, these are all young guys that are getting paid a ton of money, so I definitely got next year in the books, but I’m not at a point where I can start making demands.”

In other words, Miller is interested in playing and is willing to make a deal. That could open things up for the Los Angeles Rams if Les Snead decides to take another look at Miller.
Exploring How 2025-26 Super Bowl Run Could Influence Von Miller’s Possible Return
The pass rusher is coming off a surprisingly productive nine-sack season, beating his 2024 total by 50%. It was his most productive season since 2018, proving that there’s still something left for Miller to give.
The 36-year-old pass rusher could make sense as a 2026 addition for the Los Angeles Rams if Les Snead is willing to send an offer. According to Spotrac, Miller is coming off a $6.1 million one-year deal with the Washington Commanders.

If Snead were willing to make an offer on that level or slightly above, it could get Miller on the roster as a premium rotational pass rusher, creating perhaps one of the most ferocious and deep pass rush rooms in the NFL. A deep playoff run this month could go a long way to tempt Miller into getting back into the building and perhaps lower his asking price.
Will Miller reunite with the Los Angeles Rams in March?
