Los Angeles Rams rumors are swirling as the offseason as the team tries to determine its future with a pair of their biggest stars. Cooper Kupp is officially on the trade block and he’s seemingly a lock to be moved before the 2025 season kicks off.
What about Matthew Stafford? The Rams would prefer to have their two-time Pro Bowl quarterback in 2025, so he’s not on the trade block, yet it appears they’re at least willing to listen to offers while trying to agree on contract value with their 37-year-old veteran.
So, if Stafford and Kupp move on, who would replace them? There’s a pair of stars who may already be eying a trip to California.

Aaron Rodgers wants to join Los Angeles Rams and bring Davante Adams too

The Los Angeles Rams hope to find common ground with Matthew Stafford during contract talks. However, if both sides realize that change is necessary, the Rams will have to look elsewhere to find competent quarterback play in 2025.
One potential solution has already reportedly expressed an interest in moving back to his home state, and he’d like to bring an All-Pro with him.
According to Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News, Aaron Rodgers would like to join the Rams, and he wants to bring All-Pro receiver Davante Adams with him.
“Sources tell the Daily News that Rodgers, 41, prefers to play for the Rams and that the outgoing Jets QB would bring Davante Adams with him once the Jets wide receiver becomes a free agent. So hypothetically, the Rams could acquire significant assets by trading Stafford and wide receiver Cooper Kupp. Then they could also add Rodgers and Adams to a Sean McVay offense with No. 1 wide receiver Puka Nacua and running back Kyren Williams.”

Both players are under contract for the 2025 season, so the Jets would have to be willing to work out a trade with the Rams. Yet, there’s a possibility one of them could be cut. The Jets have already indicated that they’re moving on from Rodgers, so perhaps all the Rams would have to do is work out a trade for Adams.
