Early in the second quarter at SoFi Stadium, Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua left the game after taking a heavy hit from Texans linebacker Henry To’oto’o, who was flagged for unnecessary roughness on the play.

Nacua came up bleeding near his eye and headed to the locker room for further evaluation. The Rams later announced that he is being evaluated for a potential concussion, and his return is officially listed as questionable.

He wasn’t the only Rams pass-catcher shaken up on the same drive. Tight end Colby Parkinson suffered a shoulder injury and is also questionable to return. Steve Avila is also questionable to return with a back injury.
At the time of the injuries, the Texans led the Rams 3–0 with 13:21 remaining in the second quarter.
