Nacua came up bleeding near his eye and headed to the locker room for further evaluation. The Rams later announced that he is being evaluated for a potential concussion, and his return is officially listed as questionable.

He wasn’t the only Rams pass-catcher shaken up on the same drive. Tight end Colby Parkinson suffered a shoulder injury and is also questionable to return. Steve Avila is also questionable to return with a back injury.

At the time of the injuries, the Texans led the Rams 3–0 with 13:21 remaining in the second quarter.
