The Rams have been working through their new plan and getting to know plenty of new faces over the past 2-3 weeks with the Rams OTAs beginning on the 22nd of May. It’s interesting to hear their approach, how challenging it is to onboard a multitude of players, and the updates we’re getting from OTA’s (which are always overwhelmingly positive). From there, we wanted to look past the month of June/July and evaluate which 3 players we believe are poised for a much larger role (leadership role) in 2023. The three players listed all could be massive contributors for this team, will indefinitely guide the younger players, and have a ton of upside for 2024 and beyond.
