The USC Trojans regained the No. 1 2026 recruiting class after Georgia overtook them for a short while, but then lost a commit to Texas. The Trojans currently hold 31 players in their class, but are looking to add one more before Fall Camp begins.
That would be elite interior offensive lineman Breck Kolojay.
Kolojay is the 30th-ranked iOL, according to Rivals Industry Rankings, but ESPN ranks him as high as 6th.
Nothing has been made official, and a commitment date has yet to be announced, but based on conversations that I have had, I feel really good about where the USC Trojans currently stand.
USC Trojans Trending Up For Commitment From Breck Kolojay
Currently, 247 Sports still has a crystal ball prediction for Kolojay to commit to Georgia, and Rivals gives Miami the highest recruiting prediction at 70.7%.
However, after his official visit in June, things really began to shift towards the Trojans.
The links that Kolojay has to USC are numerous. He attends IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, where he is teammates and roommates with USC commit Keenyi Pepe.
He grew up in Colorado, where he played youth football with another pair of Trojan commits, Mark Bowman and Kannon Smith. He took his official visit with Bowman, and things really took off with Coach Zach Hanson and the rest of the staff.

Originally, it was anticipated that Kolojay would announce his commitment near the start of his senior season. That date may move up a bit, but nothing has been announced, and I have not received word on a timeline.
Either way, whether he waits or decides to announce this week, I feel really good about where the Trojans stand and the prospect of Kolojay ending up at Southern Cal.
Kolojay would be the 7th offensive line commit in the 2026 class, joining:
- OT Keenyi Pepe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- iOL Esun Tafa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- OT Vlad Dyakonov ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- iOL Kannon Smith ⭐️⭐️⭐️
- iOL John Fifita ⭐️⭐️⭐️
- OT Chase Deniz ⭐️⭐️⭐️
