WATCH: USC Trojans Commit With Insane Reggie Bush-Like Run

High School football has officially kicked off, and so we get the opportunity to watch the USC Trojans’ 2026 Class go to work.

From Trent Mosley, to Keenyi Pepe, to Shahn Alston, USC commits all over the country took to the field. Many of them had highlight plays, but a run by Oaks Christian running back Deshonne Redeaux may take the cake.

USC Trojans Commit Deshonne Redeaux With Insane Run

Redeaux took a toss at his own 30-yard line, sweeping left to the sideline. He broke an initial tackle near the line of scrimmage, then leaped over a pile, only to land and stiff-arm a defender to the ground.

He then put his speed on display as he scampered down the sideline to the opponent’s 25-yard line.

Redeaux had another 80-yard run during the game that he took all the way to the house. Oaks Christian ultimately lost to Chaminade 42-27, but Redeaux stole the show.

247 Sports has Redeaux ranked 5th among all running backs in the 2026 class, and the No. 1 running back in the state of California.

His counterpart in the USC class, Shahn Alston, also had himself a season opener as he registered EIGHT touchdowns.

The USC Trojans‘ backfield looks as if it will be very good for years to come.
