USC Trojans Add Local Commitment To 2025 Class Ahead Of February Signing Period

While most of the action is in the December signing period, the USC Trojans still have an opportunity to add more players to their 2025 class in the late signing period.

This came to fruition yesterday when Rancho Cucamonga product, Cam Sermons committed to the Trojans.

Cam Sermons Commits To USC Trojans

If the name looks familiar, it should. Cam is the son of USC legacy Rodney Sermons, and the brother of 2026 commit RJ Sermons.

Sermons is a 5’9, 150-pound three-star athlete, meaning he plays both sides of the ball. He did however primarily play wide receiver last season for Rancho finishing with 37 receptions for 765 yards. He totaled 1,200 all-purpose yards and seven touchdowns.

Sermons had offers from Army, Air Force, San Diego State, Western New Mexico, and Cal Poly. He will most likely be a preferred walk-on next season but certainly could earn a scholarship.

When his brother RJ joins him on campus, the Sermons will be the second set of brothers on the team joining Husan and Kevin Longstreet (also both local products).
