We are just about two hours away from the USC Trojans kicking off Big Ten play against the Purdue Boilermakers. During our media Zoom call, Coach Riley decided to wait on divulging any injury information until the Big Ten report comes out before the game.
That has now been released, and we know who is in and who is out for both the USC Trojans and Purdue.
USC Trojans Injury Report Against Purdue
During the week, some concern arose that starting left guard Tobias Raymond would potentially miss this game. It looks like most of that was precautionary, as he is not on the report and is good to go.
Here is the full list of players who will miss the game.
- WR, Zacharyus Williams
- WR, Prince Strachan
- DB, Prophet Brown
- DB, Alex Graham
- RB, Bryan Jackson
- K, Caden Chittenden
No real surprises here except for wide receiver Zacharyus Williams. Of course, his injury has not been disclosed, but he is the only new player on the list. Hopefully, we will learn next week during practice if his injury is a serious one or more of something nagging.
With both Williams and Strachan being out, the WR depth will be tested a bit. By situation, and snap counts, they have faired as WR4 and WR5. Expect a lot more Jaden Richardson, Jay Fair, and DJ Jordan today.

I had a feeling that running back Bryan Jackson would be back today, but it looks like he is being held out again. The Trojans have demonstrated plenty of depth at the RB position, but hopefully BJax will be back in the lineup very soon.
Defensive Back Alex Graham is the only player I am a bit concerned about, simply due to our not knowing how serious his injury is. Clearly, it is more serious than initial indications were, considering he has yet to see the field this season. He has not been deemed out for the year, so the expectation is that he will make his debut at some point; we just don’t know when.
For Purdue, they have listed these players as OUT.

- DB, Isaiah Needman
They have listed defensive back Crew Wakley as questionable.
