The sixth annual Holiday Hoops Giving presented by The Vii Group took place at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, on December 13, 2025. It was their NCAA men’s basketball showcase. The teams that played in the event were Georgia vs. Cincinnati and Auburn vs. Tennessee-Chattanooga.
Georgia won their matchup 84-65, while Auburn won its 92-78. Ahead of the game, the Tigers were ranked 21st in the country. The event had a lot of fans, and the intense atmosphere was evident. But something that stood out was the play of Auburn forward Keyshawn Hall.
Hall had 22 points, 6 assists, and 11 rebounds. Hall was a dominant force in the game as he was able to create shots and score from the perimeter. He even led both teams in points and rebounds. Hall, standing at 6 feet 7 and weighing 240 pounds, is a player who can be a hybrid as a guard and forward. He even reminds some of former Los Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis, the way he can shoot the basketball.

Throughout Hall’s basketball career, he’s averaged 15.3 Points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game, according to ESPN.
So far this NCAA men’s college basketball season, Hall is averaging 20.9 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game on 47.0 percent shooting. That leads to the question of whether the Los Angeles Lakers will take him in next year’s draft.
The Lakers have their first-round pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, and if they don’t trade it, they could possibly take Hall. Lakers star Lebron James is on his way out, as he may retire within the next three seasons, and that may be a good pairing for star forward Luka Doncic, who’s been playing at a high level this season.
The Lakers are currently 18-7 and 3rd in the Western Conference behind the Oklahoma City Thunder (#1) and Denver Nuggets (#2)
Could Keyshawn Hall be a Laker in 2026?
