Los Angeles Rams Running Back, Ronnie Rivers
LAFB Network: What’s it like being back at camp with the guys, getting back into football and everything?
Ronnie Rivers: It’s been nice to get back. You know, we took about a month off, so it’s just nice to get back and flexible.
LAFB: The running back room had a big change this offseason, drafting Blake Corum. What’s it like working with him and Kyren Williams?
RR: It’s been real fun, you know, just pushing each other to be our best selves, feeding off each other, and helping everybody out, just to go out there and be great. That’s really what it takes for a running back.
LAFB: After watching practice and seeing you guys play for a bit, I noticed you catch a lot of balls out of the backfield. Can you tell me more about that part of your game?
RR: Yeah, I take pride in being a versatile back, whether it’s picking up pass protection, running the ball, or catching the ball. Just making sure I can be out there on every down and contribute to every aspect of the game.
LAFB: How does working with a consistent offensive line impact what you do?
RR: It’s good to see their chemistry, how they feed off each other, and how everything meshes well. It makes it easier to get a feel for the line you have.
LAFB: Looking forward to the beginning of the season, what are some things you’re trying to work on to stand out?
RR: Like I said, just being versatile and making sure I’m consistent and doing my job when I get in there. Just making plays and contributing wherever I can.
LAFB: The fans have been enthusiastic throughout this entire interview. What has it been having their support?
RR: The fans have been great. It’s always nice to have people who support you and want to see you succeed. It’s all love for the fans, and I’m glad they’re coming out.
