Los Angeles Chargers Secure 3 More Draft Picks In Latest Reporting

The Los Angeles Chargers are projected to receive three additional compensatory picks in the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft, according to Over The Cap.

Compensatory picks are awarded to teams that lose significant free agents or coaches to other teams, and their value is determined by a complex formula that considers factors such as the player’s average per year (APY) salary, playing time, and career accolades, including All-Pro selections and Pro Bowl appearances.

Over The Cap predicts that the Chargers will receive a fifth-round compensatory pick for the departures of linebacker Kenneth Murray (Tennessee Titans), tight end Gerald Everett (Chicago Bears), and cornerback Michael Davis (Washington Commanders).

The final list of compensatory picks will be officially announced by the NFL closer to the draft date.

The Chargers could be adding these picks to their current selection of picks. If this projection holds, the following will be the Chargers draft order.
