As of Monday morning, nothing from the PAC-12 has officially been announced, but according to Dan Patrick on The Dan Patrick Show, the PAC-12, along with the B1G, will announce on Tuesday that they will be canceling the 2020 College Football season due to COVID-19.
DP was told an hour ago that the Big 10 and Pac 12 will cancel their football seasons tomorrow… The ACC and the Big 12 are on the fence.. And the SEC is trying to get teams to join them for a season.

Again, nothing has been officially announced, and other reporters close to the matter do not think this decision is a foregone conclusion just yet.
another pac-12 source: big ten has basically already pulled the plug (they've actually voted, etc.) but pac-12 isn't that close. normally scheduled meetings ("not emergency or panic calls") taking place today + tomorrow to discuss/vote like big10 did over the weekend

College Football has been under heavy scrutiny all offseason due to a lack of leadership, and the lack of a solid plan of how to attack the current pandemic. At times, it has seemed as if the NCAA has just been waiting for this all to blow over. Unfortunately, that hasn’t happened and we are all still very much at risk.
The PAC-12 had already announced a short while ago that they would move to a conference only schedule in 2020. USC and UCLA are currently slated to kick off the season against each other on September 26.
