The Las Vegas Raiders just finished up their 2025 NFL Draft, and for the most part, have been met with good reviews.
Headlined by running back Ashton Jeanty and wide receiver Jack Bech, the Raiders did a lot to give newly traded-for quarterback Geno Smith a chance to succeed. They also addressed the trenches and added depth to the secondary.
Now they have added a talented mind to their personnel department.
The team announced today that they have hired Brian Stark as their assistant general manager.
Las Vegas Raiders Hire Brian Stark As Assistant GM
Stark comes over from the Denver Broncos, where he spent the last 13 seasons, most recently as the Director of College Scouting from 2016-2024. Stark survived numerous coaching changes in Denver and multiple GM changes, so obviously, he is highly respected.
Prior to the Broncos, Stark spent three seasons as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Yale University. Prior to that, he spent nine years at San Diego State in various roles.

He will join the Silver and Black to assist GM John Spytek and will certainly bring his eye for college scouting.
The Raiders also announced the hiring of Johnathon Stigall. He comes over from the New York Jets, where he was a national scout last season, and will take on the role of Assistant Director of College Scouting.
