After losing pieces of their front office to promotions throughout the NFL, the Los Angeles Rams have made a hire to fill some of the losses.
According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, the Rams have hired former Tennessee Titans assistant general manager Anthony Robinson to their front office.

Robinson spent 15 years in #Falcons personnel before joining Tennessee in 2023 as part of then-GM Ran Carthon's staff.
Los Angeles Rams To Hire Anthony Robinson To Front Office
Robinson spent the last two seasons with the Tennessee Titans as their assistant general manager. At the end of this past season, the Titans did a full overhaul of their front office, firing general manager Ron Carthon, and Robinson was included in the change in direction.
Prior to joining the Titans, Robinson spent 15 years with the Atlanta Falcons. As the Director of College Scouting, he can be credited with the aid of scouting players such as:
- WR Julio Jones
- DT Grady Jarrett
- RB Devonta Freeman
- WR Calvin Ridley
- DE Vic Beasley
- TE Austin Hooper
He interviewed for the Falcons GM job back in 2021, but the team ultimately went with Terry Fontenot, which led to Robinson ending up in Tennessee.
It has not yet been disclosed what Robinson’s role will be with the Rams, but based on his history, we can assume that he will be involved in the college scouting department.
We will update this as we learn more.
