For the fourth day in a row, the USC Trojans have gained another commitment for their 2026 class.
4-star wide receiver Roderick Tezeno Jr. started off the barrage by committing to the Trojans on Wednesday. Then came a pair of 5-stars as offensive tackle Keenyi Pepe committed on Thursday, and cornerback Elbert Hill gave his pledge on Friday.
Now the 4th in 4 days has come through with the commitment of 4-star wide receiver Luc Weaver.

4-Star WR Luc Weaver Commits To USC Trojans
The 6’3, 194-pound receiver out of Sherman Oaks, California, is the 47th-ranked receiver in the 2026 class, according to On3 Industry Rankings.
With his commitment, Weaver is the 5th receiver to commit in the USC Trojans 2026 class, joining:
- Trent Mosley
- Roderick Tezeno Jr.
- Ja’Myron Baker
- Kohen Brown
With his frame, Weaver projects as an outside receiver, but he has the lateral quickness and route running ability to play inside if the Trojans decide to play him there. He also has true breakaway speed, and he ran a 10.68 100-meter just this spring, one of the fastest in the region.
247 Sports national recruiting analyst Greg Biggins had this to say about Weaver:
“Can get deep and is a true field stretcher and is excellent in 50-50 ball situations. Plays a physical game and can bully opposing corners at the line of scrimmage who try and press him, and does a nice job using his body to shield and create separation down the field. Is a bit of a body catcher at times, but hands are far from broken, and he can make the difficult catch look routine. A smooth route runner who shows a nice secondary burst getting in and out of his breaks and can pull away from a defender after the catch. Tracks the football down the field really well and shows excellent hand-eye coordination.”
This has the makings to be another really solid addition to an already robust and No. 1 2026 recruiting class. The USC Trojans recruiting staff is just hitting the road for the next three weeks, so expect to see more ✌️.
