My name is Asia McCants and I am a Sports Medicine Major and Psychology Minor from Virginia. I currently play Division 1 Basketball for Howard University's Women's Basketball Team. I have been a huge sports fan my entire life. Sports have always provided an outlet in which I could compete, build a strong work ethic, and learn to build relationships with
others, in order to achieve a common goal. Even though I am a basketball player and the game is my first love, I came to love so many other sports over the years. Through sports, I came to develop passion, which fuels me to actively volunteer and give back to my community.
