It may be his first career start as a member of the USC Trojans but don’t tell Miller Moss that. Halfway through the 4th quarter, Moss has thrown for 372 yards and has already broken the Holiday Bowl record for Passing Touchdowns with Six. The previous record of four was held by multiple quarterbacks, but most recently, Davis Webb in 2013.

Moss has looked everything but a first-time starter. He looked calm in the pocket. He was poised in his decision-making. He was accurate with the football. Outside of one bad decision that resulted in an interception in the end zone, Miller Moss has been nearly flawless.
When this Holiday Bowl game is over, there may still be some questions about who the USC Trojans starting quarterback should be in 2024. But if one game is any indication, this is Moss’s team.
