Chris Hummer and Matt Zenitz of 247 Sports have learned that UCLA football’s offensive tackle Bruno Fina has entered the transfer portal within just hours of the current transfer portal window closing.

Last season, left tackle Bruno Fina allowed 38 pressures, the seventh most pressures in all of college football.

UCLA analyst and host of the Bruin Bible podcast, Will Decker said the following when asked to comment on the situation by LAFB, “Due to incoming transfer talent and a likely demotion to unit 2, it makes sense why Fina would enter the portal.”

UCLA Football’s New Depth At The Position

The Bruins have already added Reuben Unije from Louisville and Michael Carmody from Notre Dame to the position group.

UCLA hosted Arkansas transfer offensive lineman Andrew Chamblee two weeks ago. Chamblee visited just four schools after he entered the transfer portal, including UCLA. The others were Kansas State, Virginia Tech, and Colorado.

Decker wasn’t prepared to verify the addition of Chamblee, but he did call him a ‘name to continue to watch.’
