CBS listed Puka Nacua, Kobie Turner, Byron Young, and Steve Avila as the Rams year one hits.

Puka Nacua, 177th pick in the draft, broke several rookie receiving records, including receiving yards and receptions, and was in the running for the Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Defensive Tackle, Kobie Turner, 89th pick in the draft, led all rookies in sacks (9), and fellow third-rounder edge rusher Byron Young wasn’t far behind him with eight. Turner was in the running for Defensive Rookie of the Year.

Steve Avila, guard, was the Rams first pick in the 2023 draft. He played 100 percent of offensive snaps in his first season. He allowed just two sacks, the fewest among starting rookies, and he helped Kyren Williams achieve the second-highest yards before contact of three yards.

The Rams had 14 picks in 2023 and these four, plus punter Ethan Evans all became starters in year one.

Which Teams Beat Out the Rams

2nd place went to the Green Bay Packers, with WR Jayden Reed, TE Luke Musgrave, TE Tucker Kraft, DL Karl Brooks, WR Dontayvion Wicks, and EDGE/DL Colby Wooden as their year-one stars.

The Houston Texans were ranked first in large part due to the outsized influence of CJ Stroud who won Offensive Rookie of the Year and Will Anderson, who won Defensive Rookie of the Year. Tank Dell was included as the third year-one hit.
