Brett Rypien In Line Start Tomorrow For Los Angeles Rams Against Packers

It seemed extremely unlikely that QB Matthew Stafford was going to be able to play this Sunday after injuring thumb on his throwing hand. But the team held out hope and he did improve late in the week.

Being the competitor that Stafford is, I’m sure that he wanted to give it a go, but the team has to play this smart as they go on the bye next week which should be ample time for the injury to fully heal.

At the moment, the decision is not set in stone, but barring anything miraculous, Brett Rypien will more than likely be the starter on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.

This is Brett Rypien’s 4th NFL season, and in his career, he has 85 completions for 820 yards, 4 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions.
