Last night’s Raw was designed to reveal who will be the last competitor in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match. They had their main event which was the Second Chance Fatal 4 Way Match that would decide that last participant. The night was filled with action with matches like The Miz and John Cena. Sasha Banks also took on the hometown girl Bayley.

Kurt Angle also made announcements concerning Ronda Rousey and his son Jason Jordan. We also saw a promo with Elias and Braun Strowman putting on a concert.

That’s not all though. Here is the entire recap of the night and more details about those main highlights.John Cena def. The Miz. The Miz will now be the first entrant in the chamber.

Analysis: The match was like any ordinary Cena match. Maybe Miz should’ve won this one. Although Miz did perform well in the against Cena and during his promo before the match.

The Revival def. Gallows and Anderson

Analysis: Still no point in this rivalry happening. They have just been wrestling week after week with really no storyline. The match was pretty average.

Kurt Angle makes an announcement regarding Ronda Rousey signing her Raw contract at the pay per view. He mentions Jason Jordan’s injury. Seth Rollins asks Kurt to be added to the main event. Kurt puts him in making it a Fatal 5 Way match.

Analysis: It is weird for Kurt to just throw Seth in the match. However, the rest of the participants are in there because they lost their first chance. They also have nothing for Rollins now that Jordan is injured. I’m excited though for Ronda to be at the chamber pay-per-view to sign the contract.

Bayley def. Sasha Banks

Analysis: The match was good. Both women wrestled a scientific match and it was what you would expect out of them. Nia Jax coming in to attack them after the match was cool too. This could have big WrestleMania implications.Absolution def. Mickie James and Alexa Bliss

Analysis: The match was okay. Glad Alexa wasn’t the one that got pinned. It would’ve made her weak as a champion as she defends the title in the chamber. This storyline with Alexa partnering with Mickie works to a degree. Alexa sees Absolution as a bigger threat since they are in the chamber. It works.

Elias sings about California towns being garbage. Braun comes out with a big cello and performs. Braun attacks Elias and smashes the cello on him.

Analysis: I hope they didn’t just ruin Braun with this. They try to make a comedy act out of him with playing the cello. He’s got to be a star that people will take seriously, not someone goofy. However, he did smash the cello on Elias which made up for it a little. The promo overall was pretty entertaining.

Roman Reigns def. Sheamus

Analysis: This match was good. Hard hitting and aggressive. It’s a match you would expect out of these two.The Second Chance match ends in a draw with both Finn Balor and Seth Rollins pinning Bray Wyatt.

Analysis: Another controversial finish. Kurt Angle announced after Raw went off the air that the Men’s Elimination Chamber will now be a seven-man match for the first time in history with both Finn and Seth being participants.

Overall: This show was decent. Didn’t get me too hyped for Elimination Chamber. However, we’ll see what next week brings as it is the go home show for Elimination Chamber.
