Are you ready for some football! The 53-man rosters have been set and finalized. The Charges kick-off the season on the road against Washington.

Week 1 Injury Report Los Angeles Chargers vs. The Washington Football Team

The Chargers are heading into the game with more players listed on the injury list than Washington. As Washington is only listing Curtis Samuel (WR) on their injury list. While, Samuel is dealing with a groin injury, he did not practice on Wednesday, and Thursday, and is listed as reserve/injured as of Friday heading into Sunday’s game.

Here is the list of injured Charges heading into Sunday.

Injury List:

Austin Ekeler (RB) – Ekeler is dealing with a hamstring injury. He did not practice Wednesday and Thursday. He participated in light practice on Friday, and is listed as questionable heading into Sunday.

Gabe Nabers (FB) – Nabers is listed with a knee injury, but did participate in full practice on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. He is not restricted, and should play on Sunday.

Bryan Bulaga (T) – Bulaga is dealing with a groin injury. He did participate in full practice Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. He is not restricted and should play on Sunday.

If for whatever reason Bulaga misses any time, Storm Norton will fill in at the right tackle spot.

Trey Marshall (DB) – The third year, third string Strong Safety is dealing with an ankle injury. Marshall did not practice all week, and is listed as out going into Sunday’s game. While most of the Charges team is listed as healthy, I don’t see this game being a challenge for the Chargers as far as injuries are concerned. The only spot I would keep an eye on is the Tackle position as Norton is Bulaga’s only listed backup.
