The Rams re-tooling process has already begun, with general manager Les Snead addressing some of the big vacancies that the Rams will inevitably have on the staff, as well as on the actual roster. Outside of recapping all of the divisional games, we addressed the pain the Rams’ players & coaches must be feeling after watching SF go back to another conference championship game, while everyone is watching from home. The Rams can find a few UFAs, re-sign a few key players, bulk up the depth on the offensive line and be right back in the driver’s seat in no time… it just has to happen. And in time, we very much believe it will. Nothing seems to be off the table with this group — and the fact that the core is still intact speaks to the lengths they’ll go to re-create the magic.
