The Rams went into MetLife Stadium and dismantled the New York Giants, who’ve now fallen to 1-5 on the season. We discussed in our latest episode how the Giants had been bitten by the injury bug, as it continued to be the narrative throughout this game. WR Kadarius Toney limited off the field during the Giants’ first offensive possession, and from there on out — it was all Los Angeles Rams. Dene and Nick discussed the progression of Taylor Rapp and Robert Rochell, and why this was by far their easiest assignment of the year (but a necessary one). Also discussed is Kurt Warner’s tweet on Matthew Stafford’s no-look pass, Sean McVay’s inability to break the game open early with scripted series, looking at what the Cardinals did against the Browns, and speculating on the on-field drama that will be happening next weekend at SoFi Stadium.
