Las Vegas Raiders guard Dylan Parham is finally getting the recognition many around the league believe he deserves. CBS Sports’ Chris Trapasso recently highlighted Parham as one of the NFL’s most underrated players poised for a breakout season in 2025.
“I like to feature an offensive lineman in this piece, when I can, because blockers still don’t get enough love in the media,” Trapasso wrote. “And Parham is on the verge of becoming a household name outside of the greater Las Vegas area.”

A third-round pick out of Memphis in 2022, Parham has been a fixture on the Raiders’ offensive line since his rookie season. Known early on for his raw strength and stout anchor, Parham has steadily refined his game over three years. In 2024, Trapasso noted Parham looked “more nimble than ever” and held his own against top interior rushers in one-on-one situations. Though he allowed more pressures than the previous year, his run blocking took a major leap, particularly in climbing to the second level to engage linebackers.
Now, Parham will play in a revamped Raiders offense under new head coach Pete Carroll and offensive coordinator Chip Kelly. With veteran quarterback Geno Smith under center and dynamic rookie running back Ashton Jeanty in the backfield, the offense will rely on a quick-hitting, spread-based scheme—perfect for showcasing Parham’s athleticism and versatility.
While recent signings like Alex Cappa could shake up the depth chart, Raiders insider Hondo Carpenter views Parham as a key figure in the team’s future: “Since he has been drafted, he has been a starter. Mr. Reliable.”
Whether Parham stays at guard or shifts to center, his stock is rising. With another strong season, he could be in line for a significant contract extension in 2026—and finally the spotlight his play has long deserved.
