NFL Pro Bowl Roster Announced

Camping World Stadium
The new home of the Pro Bowl, Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida

The NFL released the rosters for the 2017 Pro Bowl on Tuesday. The game will be played back on the mainland for the first time since 1978, as it was played at Aloha Stadium in Hawaii from 1979 – 2016 (save two years). This year the game will be played at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, and will feature the original format of AFC vs NFC.

The Oakland Raiders will have the most representatives as they will be sending seven players to Orlando. Derek Carr, Amari Cooper, and Khalil Mack are the standouts for the silver and black.

The Atlanta Falcons lead the NFC with six players representing the “dirty bird” in Florida. Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, and Devonta Freeman are the big names coming out of the ATL.

Outside of phenoms Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott, Kansas City return specialist Tyreek Hill was the only other rookie to get the nod.

Aside from the AFC-NFC matchup on Sunday, January 29, 2017, there will be a skills competition on Thursday, January 26 that will feature a dodgeball competition and passing challenges.
