The early signing period is here, and for many USC fans, it has been a bit of a painful one. The nations top ranked linebacker, Upland’s Justin Flowe, signed his letter of intent earlier this morning to the University of Oregon, leaving a very foul taste in the mouths of Trojan fans.
Currently, the class is ranked as the 78th recruiting class in the nation, according to 247 Sports, and 12th in the PAC-12. Last year, the Trojans finished with the 20th ranked class, which was the worst for the program in the modern recruiting era. However, the coaches still have to coach, and the players still have to play. Kedon Slovis was among that recruiting class and we all saw what he did in 2019 as a true freshman.
Take nothing away from these kids who have signed their letters of intent today, as they have worked so hard to achieve this dream and play for the Trojans.
