LOS ANGELES, Calif. – In a thrilling game, Rams vs. 49ers, San Francisco held off a late rally by the Los Angeles Rams to secure a hard-fought 30-23 victory at SoFi Stadium. However, his two interceptions led to critical field goals for the 49ers, ultimately proving costly for the Rams. Rams running back Kyren Williams provided some offensive firepower, with Williams recording a rushing touchdown. Ben Skowronek and Stafford lend a hand in on the ground. Williams also proved to be a threat in the passing attack catching six passes for 48 yards, making him the team’s third-leading receiver.

The first half was a back-and-forth affair, with both teams exchanging touchdowns and field goals. However, the 49ers’ defense tightened up in the second half, (blitzing more) holding the Rams to just two field goals.
The turning point of the game came in the fourth quarter when the 49ers extended their lead with an 11-yard touchdown run by Deebo Samuel. Despite a late surge by the Rams, they were unable to complete the comeback, falling just short in the final minutes.
On the defensive side, Fred Warner made a significant impact for the 49ers, sacking Stafford and disrupting the Rams’ passing game. Additionally, cornerback Deommodore Lenoir came up with a crucial interception late in the game to seal the victory for San Francisco.
For the 49ers, Christian McCaffrey was a key contributor, rushing for 116 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries. McCaffrey’s strong performance helped the 49ers control the tempo and sustain drives throughout the game.
