Peter Schrager said on NFL Network’s Good Morning Football on Monday that he could see the Los Angeles Rams former defensive tackle Aaron Donald staying in LA for his next career. Scharger is also a good friend of head coach, Sean McVay.
To work in coaching? Perhaps. His former positional coach, Eric Henderson took a defensive coordinator job with the USC Trojans.
Los Angeles Rams Hand Aaron Donald A Very Nice Retirement Package
According to Schrager, he thinks Donald will pursue a job in film and television, in Hollywood!
“I think he’ll be OK on TV if he wants, and he can maybe go coach if that’s what he wants, or keeps going, But I’m not kidding him being in Hollywood for the last 10 years. I look at the wrestlers. I think of John Cena. I’m looking at The Rock. I look at what some of these others [players], Travis Kelce. I could see Aaron Donald with his body, his physique, and his place in LA potentially having some sort of Hollywood career, too.”
Los Angeles Rams, Donald appears on CBS
Donald made his acting debut in 2019 playing himself in an episode of the CBS primetime series, Magnum PI. The episode is called “Dead Inside,” and characters Rick (Zachary Knighton) and TC (Stephen Hill) help out Donald when his tablet is stolen. Donald’s tablet contains the Rams playbook in the episode. It was filmed while the Rams were in Hawaii for a preseason game.
Donald has also appeared in several commercials, including for Pizza Hut, Rocket Morgage and Paramount+
According to IMDB, Donald doesn’t currently have any upcoming projects.
