The Los Angeles Dodgers took a drubbing from the San Diego Padres in Game 2 of the NLDS, and star first baseman Freddie Freeman was unable to finish the game.
Freeman has been battling an ankle injury, and if it was the regular season, would have missed extensive time. But he gutted it out and had a solid Game 1 performance with two hits and a stolen base.
After being taken out of Game 2, there was speculation that Freeman could miss extended time, but he is, in fact, back in the lineup for Game 3 this evening in San Diego.
The full lineup for the Dodgers will remain unchanged.

After losing 10-2 on Sunday Night, the Dodgers will have to steal at least one game in San Diego if they hope to win or extend the series.
Buehler will be on the hill for the Dodgers and will square off against Padres starting pitcher Michael King who boasts a 2.95 ERA.
Having Freeman in the lineup will be instrumental to the Dodgers chances, but just how effective can he be with the banged-up ankle?
We will see tonight as the first pitch is scheduled for 6:08 PM PT.
