Offensive Line

The LA Chargers could look to bolster their offensive line to better protect quarterback Justin Herbert. With several highly touted offensive linemen expected to be available at pick 21, the Chargers may prioritize strengthening their front five to support their franchise quarterback. Some targets in that area could be Dawand Jones, Darnell Wright, and Paris Johnson Jr.

Cornerback

The Chargers have a need at cornerback, and this draft class offers plenty of talent at the position. Selecting a talented cornerback at pick 21 would help improve their secondary, a crucial aspect of building a strong defense in today’s pass-heavy NFL. The best option in that range would be Deonte Banks out of Maryland

Edge Rusher

Adding a dynamic edge rusher to complement Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack could make the Chargers’ defense even more formidable. With several promising pass rushers expected to be available at pick 21, the Chargers may opt to improve their pass rush to increase their defensive prowess. This is a very deep edge rusher class so it’ll be tough to evaluate who would be the best fit.

Wide Receiver

The Chargers could look to give Justin Herbert another weapon by selecting a wide receiver with their first-round pick. Adding another playmaker to their already potent offense could elevate the Chargers to an even higher level of offensive success. Jordan Addison or Quentin Johnston could be a great pick at this spot.
