Standouts from today’s practice, based on feedback I have heard.

• Kam Krawford continues to look like one of the best defensive players on the team. He is due for a standout season in this Gary Patterson defense.
• I was told that freshman safety Madden Riordan had a really solid day, including an INT. He is getting a lot of reps (as are all the safeties), and he is certainly taking advantage of them. Has picked up the playbook very quickly.
• This is just based on individual drills, but I have loved what I have seen from redshirt freshman running back Riley Wormley. He is probably the least talked about back on the team, but he is having a great camp and should be used quite a bit in the passing game.
• Db Isaiah Rubin is another name that keeps popping up. Wide open safeties room and he is standing out.
