USC is hiring Kansas State’s Strength & Conditioning Director Ray Thomas, according to FightOnRusty, to their strength staff.

This is a very impressive hire. Thomas has been Coach Tru Carroll’s protege for most of his career, and when USC hired Carroll last year, Kansas State promoted Thomas to Director.

This will be Coach Tru’s first full offseason with USC and now he has his right-hand man.
