USC Football‘s 2025 recruiting summer has seen its highs and its lows. Another potential highly rated prospect just named the Trojans in his top 4 schools. Justin Hill, a 6-foot-3, 220-pound pass rusher, announced on Wednesday that he would soon choose among USC, Oregon, Alabama, and Ohio State.

On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine gives Ohio State a big edge (93%) to land Hill, but USC has made a strong impression on the Cincinnati Ohio native.

“The opportunity you get there is great for life after football because of that USC degree. It’s a perfect place to go do anything you want.” Hill told On3s Chad Simmons, “A degree from there is extremely powerful. The duo of coach Shaun Nua and coach Eric Henderson is huge for me. I love those guys and I feel like they can make me better. I feel like they’re one of the best coaching duos in the country in the defensive line room, so it’s definitely a great school.”

USC Football in the Mix for Justin Hill

Hill has taken OVs at all four schools within three weeks in June. He met with USC football on June 7th. His final visit was with Oregon on the 21st.

Hill is the 6th ranked edge rusher in the nation and the 4th best football player from Ohio. USC extended him a scholarship offer in May of 2023.
